Yoga- a way of life..
“Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing’
We all know that following Yoga & the practice of Wellness has no side effects, it helps maintaining peace of mind, in boosting our immunity, detoxifying our body and has so many positive affects on our body & mind, much needed during this pandemic. another aspect of Yoga Is that it helps in developing the body and mind but yes it is not a substitute for medicine. Also, with any sort of exercise or yoga, it is also necessary to maintain a proper diet or we can say that the food we eat, the water we drink is also responsible for good health. The food that we eat or the water we drink poses an impact on both our body as well as our psyche that is our habits and qualities. A well-balanced diet is necessary to take. Our Ayurveda teaches us how to balance our diet and water along with yoga to improve our lifestyle and achieve healthy longevity.
It is said that “Yoga and Ayurveda are like two siblings of the same family, complementing each other, it helps our body and mind to be stronger together and eternally bound to one another” Ayurveda teaches us how to use food and water to increase performance of yoga in our daily life. During yoga, we push our body’s limits, holding challenging poses and increasing blood flow. In most classes, we sweat, especially when we hold a pose for long periods or perform sun salutations to warm up the body
You are sure to sweat. Without drinking enough water, you may feel ill during and after your practice. Drink enough water and you will be able to relax deeper into each pose and feel refreshed. The best way to ensure this does not happen is to stay hydrated.
Regular practice of yoga with balanced food habit and water can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle. The importance of life is the health of our body. If health is not good then we will not be able to achieve our goals or will not remain happy.
